Refund Policy
All entry fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to the following situations:
(a) If you later discover that you do not meet the eligibility requirements to participate or claim a prize — this also applies if you behave in a rude or abusive manner towards the organisers or anyone affiliated with them;
(b) If the eligibility criteria are updated after you have entered and you no longer qualify;
(c) If you are removed from the competition by the organisers for any reason.
We are not liable for entries that are not received due to technical issues, such as system errors, internet congestion, hardware or software failures, server problems, or any other disruptions. Participation in the competition does not establish a contract, partnership, or any other formal relationship between entrants and the organisers.
Entries will be voided if we believe, at our discretion, that any fraudulent activity has occurred — including false representation, hidden information, hacking attempts, or any kind of interference with our website’s operation. Misuse of our site may result in permanent suspension of your account.
Once submitted, entries are final and refunds will not be issued for any reason, except in the rare case of verified technical faults originating from our hosting service, website, server, or payment system.
To complete a purchase, all entrants must pass secure payment verification (3D Secure), which may involve a passcode, fingerprint, facial recognition, or direct bank authentication. Because of these built-in security steps, claims of “accidental purchases” will not be considered valid. Attempting a chargeback without valid cause is treated as fraudulent behavior and will result in a permanent ban from our platform. We also reserve the right to report such incidents to relevant financial institutions.
